Regenerative coaching, facilitation and consultation

What do you want to be when you grow-UP?

grow UP: light UP: show UP

Grow into the person you were meant to be and nurture your world with love, purpose, and resilience.

I’m a certified coach with nearly twenty years experience, a specialism in burnout and life transitions, expertise in founding small enterprises, and a deep connection to nature, all grounded in sustainability, permaculture and regenerative practice.

I’ve made plenty of mistakes and learnt lots of lessons and I’m still on my journey. I’ve worked with some amazing teachers from being mentored by Mac McCartney (The twin path), to training in Eugene Gendlin’s Felt-Sensing Focusing with Natasha Lythgoe (art of rewinding).

I reached a point where much of my work felt like supporting people to work in a broken system. The real human struggles we were working together to solve were simply part of the system they were working in.

So I started helping people to get better at connecting to what they really wanted from their one wild and precious life. Working together to get clarity on their ambitions, then build towards achieving them.

If you feel like being more connected to you life, if you want to be an adventurer rather than a passenger, if you want to do something amazing - let’s talk. I’d love to be on your team.

“All you can do for another person is be an environment in which if they wanted to come up for air, they could.”

— Ram Dass

Grow-Up coaching is for people at a life transition point.

Are you;

  • trying to turn dreams into a reality,

  • working hard but struggling to move forwards,

  • outwardly capable, but inwardly questioning,

  • feeling burnt out or depleted,

  • moving through a midlife change,

  • redefining what ‘success’ means,

  • wanting a meaningful next chapter?

Would you like;

  • clarity,

  • confidence,

  • renewed energy and enthusiasm,

  • decisions aligned with your values,

  • a life that feels more like yours,

  • a support system that wants your success?

Grow Up is coaching for humans ready to root deeper and rise higher.

Do you feel burned out, stuck, frustrated, or slightly lost? Are you holding it all together on the surface, but inside wondering, ‘Is this what being a grown-up is supposed to feel like?’.

Here, we’re redefining adulthood. Not as pressure, perfection or endless self improvement, but as the quiet confidence to nurture your world with love, purpose and resilience.

Your world starts with your own body, your inner dialogue, your self-image. It includes your relationships, your home, your work, your community, and it includes the earth beneath your feet.

When you have clarity on the challenges you face and what is important to you, you can take responsibility for what’s yours to tend. You begin to feel more grounded and excited about the future. Even when the world feels chaotic; you reclaim agency, impact and presence.

You don’t need to solve everything - growing-UP isn’t just about maturing. It’s about becoming deeply you; rooted and rising, soft and strong, wise and awake.

Where are the elders?

Where are the wise, grounded adults who can help guide us through these chaotic times?

I’ve asked myself that question for years. And I have met a few along the way. But I’ve realised that the deeper answer is that we must become them.

I’m a certified burnout coach, regenerative leader and mentor to business and social enterprises. I work with a wide range of humans of all ages, helping to clarify goals and move through old patterns that no longer serve.

For the last ten years I have tried to walk the twin trail: offering my gifts in service to the world, while learning to tend my inner landscape. I am still learning and still get knocked about by life. I’ve been burnt-out, I’ve had failures, I’ve made mistakes and I’ve been battered and bruised. There have been tears, frustrations and a few regrets. I’ve also had joy, shared love, been rewarded and had meaningful impact on the world.

I’m guided by the belief that adulthood is not a destination but a daily practice. A choice to care for my corner of the world with love, purpose and resilience.

I’m also a single father to two wild and wonderful daughters. And if I’ve learned anything from them it is that I am still learning and growing. But we don’t have to do it alone.
